Sharing a cuisine handed down through generations
INDUS Valley opened with a clear ambition: to introduce guests to the authentic flavours of Pakistani and Indian cuisine.
A lifelong food lover and professional chef, the founder wanted to share the traditional recipes of his home country, handed down through the years and enriched by his own expertise.
Indian and Pakistani cuisines have much in common, but each has its own specialities, techniques and identity. INDUS brings them together in a generous and welcoming halal buffet.
The real taste of home
Skill, roots and the same high standards
Almost 95% of our dishes are prepared on site. Only a few French-inspired desserts are sourced from carefully selected partners.
The restaurant is powered by a team of 15 to 20 people, including several friends from the founder’s home village. Together, they share the same values: warmth, authenticity and high standards.

A name linking two shores
The Indus Valley is a historic region stretching between India and Pakistan, close to the home town of the founding team.
The name reflects a desire to bring two cultures together around one table. It tells the story of food that celebrates their shared roots and distinct specialities without erasing either identity.
